Do I need to arrive early?

Yes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class so you have time to get set up. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will be treated as a no-show.
What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. Grip socks are required for hygiene and safety. These are available to purchase at the studio.
Are there changing rooms or showers?

We have a locker area with curtained space for changing. There are no showers on site. We have toilets on both sites
What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 12 hours before the start time. Changes made within 12 hours of your class will incur a £7.50 late cancellation or rescheduling fee. If you do not attend your class, an £11 no-show fee will apply. Your class credit will remain on your account and can be used to rebook another session.

Do you offer Ladies Only classes?

Yes! We offer Ladies Only classes at both of our studio locations.
Royal Docks: Tuesdays, Fridays, and selected Sunday classes.
Greenwich: Thursdays and selected Saturday classes.
All Ladies Only sessions are led by our female instructors, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for women of all experience levels.

Parking: No parking on-site. Paid parking is available nearby (Crowne Plaza Hotel Docklands. 2 min walk)
Greenwich Peninsula

Closest station: North Greenwich Underground Station (Jubilee line), just a 2-minute walk away.
Parking: Paid Parking available at Car Park 3 (at the O2) is located directly opposite the studio. (£7 for 1 hour or £11 for 2 hours)
