Class packs are flexible: you can use them at your own pace within the expiry period.
Memberships are billed monthly and designed for consistent weekly training.
Yes. Each pack has a set validity period and must be used within that time. Expired classes cannot be extended or refunded.
Yes. You can cancel after the initial 3-month period directly through your account.
No. Classes reset each billing cycle and do not carry over to the next month.
If you do not attend and haven’t cancelled, an £11 no-show fee will apply and the class will still be deducted.
No. All packages and memberships are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared.
