Sunday Studios – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Sunday Studios ("Sunday Studios", "we", "our", or "us"), including all classes, memberships, packages, private sessions, events and website use.

By booking a class, purchasing any service or attending our studio, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Sunday Studios provides Reformer Pilates classes, private sessions, workshops, memberships, class packages, studio hire and special events.

All services are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our approved booking platform unless otherwise agreed.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking where payment has not been completed.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers are subject to their own terms, expiry dates and availability.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Introductory Offers

Introductory offers are available to new clients only.

We reserve the right to cancel bookings or charge the standard rate if an introductory offer has been purchased more than once or used fraudulently.

5. Memberships & Class Packs

  • Memberships and class packs are personal to the purchaser and cannot be shared.

  • Sessions must be used within their stated validity period.

  • Unused sessions will expire automatically unless otherwise stated.

  • Memberships and class packs cannot be paused, extended or refunded except where required by law or at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This includes:

  • Drop-in classes

  • Class packs

  • Memberships

  • Private sessions

  • Workshops

  • Events

  • Introductory offers

Please ensure you are able to attend before making your purchase.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time via your booking account.

Changes made within 12 hours of the class will incur a £7.50 late cancellation fee.

Your class credit will remain available on your account.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling will be treated as a no-show.

An £11 no-show fee will be charged.

Your class credit will remain on your package or membership.

9. Waiting Lists

If you join a waiting list and are automatically moved into a class, the standard cancellation policy applies.

Please remove yourself from the waiting list if you no longer wish to attend.

10. Arrival Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your class begins.

For safety reasons, late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has started.

Missed classes due to lateness will be treated as attended.

11. Health & Medical Conditions

By attending classes, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate.

  • You have sought appropriate medical advice where necessary.

  • You have informed your instructor of any injuries, illnesses or medical conditions that may affect your participation.

  • You understand that Pilates is physical exercise and participation is at your own risk.

12. Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, you must inform us before attending class.

Participation during pregnancy is at your own discretion and should only take place following appropriate medical advice.

Certain classes may not be suitable during pregnancy.

13. Studio Rules

For the safety of all clients:

  • Grip socks must be worn at all times.

  • Appropriate workout clothing must be worn.

  • Sharp jewellery must not be worn on the equipment.

  • Clients must follow instructor guidance throughout the class.

  • Mobile phones should remain on silent during sessions.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any client whose behaviour compromises safety or the experience of others.

14. Private Bookings & Events

Private sessions and events are subject to minimum booking requirements.

All payments are non-refundable.

Additional time may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability.

Commercial bookings must be arranged in advance.

15. Studio Hire & Commercial Use

Studio hire for photography, filming, content creation or commercial purposes must be agreed in writing prior to use.

Any damage to the premises or equipment may be charged accordingly.

16. Photography & Marketing

From time to time we may capture photographs or videos within the studio for marketing purposes.

If you would prefer not to appear in any content, please let a member of the team know before your class.

17. Changes to Classes

We reserve the right to:

  • Change instructors

  • Change class times

  • Change class formats

  • Cancel classes

  • Substitute instructors where necessary

Where possible, alternative bookings or credits will be offered.

18. Right to Refuse Service

Sunday Studios reserves the right to suspend memberships, cancel bookings or refuse entry where a client:

  • breaches these Terms;

  • behaves aggressively or inappropriately towards staff or other clients;

  • repeatedly fails to follow studio policies; or

  • acts in a manner that compromises the safety or enjoyment of others.

19. Liability

Participation in classes is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunday Studios accepts no responsibility for:

  • injury resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance;

  • loss, theft or damage to personal belongings; or

  • indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.

20. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, government restrictions, emergencies or events affecting the safe operation of the studio.

21. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems;

  • interfere with the operation of our website;

  • reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

22. Privacy

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
