Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Sunday Studios provides services (Reformer Pilates classes, private sessions, and bookings). All purchases are subject to the terms below and comply with UK consumer law.

1. No Refund Policy (Services)

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, including:

  • Class bookings

  • Class packs

  • Memberships

  • Private sessions

  • Introductory offers

  • Promotional purchases

This is because you are purchasing a time-based service with limited availability.

2. Consumer Rights (UK Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase made online.

However, by booking a class or service within this period, you:

  • Request that the service begins immediately

  • Acknowledge that the right to cancel is lost once the service has been fully delivered

  • Agree that partial services (e.g. attended classes) will be charged accordingly

If you cancel before any service has been used, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any services already provided.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule classes through your booking account:

  • Up to 12 hours before the class → no charge

  • Within 12 hours of the class → £7.50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your booked class and do not cancel in advance:

  • A £11 no-show fee will be charged

  • The class will be deducted from your pack or membership

5. Expiry of Class Packs

  • All class packs must be used within the stated validity period

  • Expired classes are non-refundable and cannot be extended

6. Transfers

All purchases are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

7. Private Bookings & Events

  • Private bookings are subject to minimum spend requirements

  • Deposits and payments for private sessions are non-refundable

  • Changes may be accommodated with sufficient notice, subject to availability

8. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or extensions may be considered in exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical reasons), at our discretion and with supporting documentation.

9. Studio Cancellations

If Sunday Studios cancels a class or session:

  • You will be offered a reschedule

  • Or a credit/refund for the affected session
